Toronto, Ontario
AI systems for Toronto businesses.
Toronto real-estate and service teams often need a reliable first response while people are in showings, on site, or moving between appointments. We can scope phone reception, lead qualification, scheduling, and CRM routing around the systems a GTA business already uses.
Two product paths, adapted to local operations.
Standardized phone reception
A defined AI Front Desk product with fixed pricing, a minute pool, and a bounded appointment guarantee.
Custom AI employees
Lead qualification, CRM routing, follow-up, scheduling, or operational support defined after discovery.
Business automations
Connected workflows for approved calendars, CRM, email, SMS, and internal handoffs.
Growth systems
Lead-generation and advertising systems with custom scope; media spend remains separate.
Toronto FAQ
Local questions, direct answers.
Do you work with Toronto businesses remotely?
Yes. Discovery, scoping, testing, and support can be handled remotely. Availability, hours, phone routing, and delivery timing are confirmed for the accepted scope.
Can the assistant handle 416/647/437 numbers?
Existing-number forwarding or a dedicated local number may be possible. We confirm carrier, number, and regulatory requirements before proposing the phone setup.
Common service areas include North York, Etobicoke, Scarborough, Mississauga, Vaughan. Remote delivery is not a claim of a physical office in those areas.

AI Front Desk guarantee
Five genuine service appointments booked in the first 30 days after go-live, or the second month is free.
- Scope
- AI Front Desk only.
- Qualifying appointment
- A real non-test customer service appointment written to the configured calendar during the first 30 days after go-live. Spam, tests, and duplicates do not qualify; a later cancellation or no-show does not erase a genuine completed booking.
- Eligibility
- The business must provide accurate hours, services, prices, and availability; keep service and phone routing active for the full 30 days; maintain a working calendar integration; and provide at least 20 bookable hours per week.
- Evaluation and claim window
- Evaluated once on day 30. Claims must be made within the following 14 days.
- Exclusions
- Setup fees, usage overages, third-party charges, spam, test calls, and duplicate bookings are excluded. A later cancellation or no-show does not erase a genuine completed booking.
- Sole remedy
- Waiver of the second month's CAD $500 service fee.
