Terms of service

AI Agency Winnipeg — an independently owned business operating from Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. OnixDesk is its flagship product.

We offer a standardized AI Front Desk and separately scoped custom AI employees, automations, lead-generation, and advertising systems. Product capabilities, integrations, controls, acceptance criteria, timing, and support are limited to the accepted proposal or order.

A website reservation is a non-binding discovery request. No payment is taken, no card is required, and the reservation is not a proposal, order, subscription, guarantee of availability, or promise to launch.

Submitting a reservation does not authorize advertising spend, media spend, third-party purchases, phone-number purchases, or work outside discovery.

Commercial obligations begin only when both sides accept a written proposal or order. Applicable taxes, third-party services, usage overages, and media spend are separate unless that accepted document expressly includes them.

Stripe may be offered later after an accepted proposal or order and a separate payment request. We do not collect card details through the reservation form.

Five genuine service appointments booked in the first 30 days after go-live, or the second month is free.

Scope: AI Front Desk only. Qualifying appointment: A real non-test customer service appointment written to the configured calendar during the first 30 days after go-live. Spam, tests, and duplicates do not qualify; a later cancellation or no-show does not erase a genuine completed booking.

Eligibility: The business must provide accurate hours, services, prices, and availability; keep service and phone routing active for the full 30 days; maintain a working calendar integration; and provide at least 20 bookable hours per week.

Evaluation: Evaluated once on day 30. Claims must be made within the following 14 days. Exclusions: Setup fees, usage overages, third-party charges, spam, test calls, and duplicate bookings are excluded. A later cancellation or no-show does not erase a genuine completed booking.

Sole remedy: Waiver of the second month's CAD $500 service fee. This is a fee waiver, not a refund.

AI systems can mishear, misunderstand, or produce an incorrect response. Clients must review outputs and maintain a safe human escalation path. The services are not emergency, medical-advice, legal-advice, financial-advice, or licensed-insurance-advice systems unless a written scope expressly establishes lawful controls and human responsibility.

Our privacy policy explains website, demo, booking, and service data. You must have authority to provide business data and connect any phone, calendar, CRM, email, advertising, or other account.

Cancellation and refund rights after an accepted proposal or order follow that document, our refund and cancellation policy, and applicable law. These terms are governed by Manitoba law and applicable Canadian federal law.
