Path 01 · fixed

Standardized AI Front Desk

CAD $1,500 setup + $500/month

Includes 500 call minutes each month. Additional usage is CAD $0.40 per minute. Applicable taxes are separate.

Complete AI Front Desk guarantee

Five genuine service appointments booked in the first 30 days after go-live, or the second month is free.

Applies to: AI Front Desk only.
Qualifying appointment: A real non-test customer service appointment written to the configured calendar during the first 30 days after go-live. Spam, tests, and duplicates do not qualify; a later cancellation or no-show does not erase a genuine completed booking.
Eligibility: The business must provide accurate hours, services, prices, and availability; keep service and phone routing active for the full 30 days; maintain a working calendar integration; and provide at least 20 bookable hours per week.
Evaluation: Evaluated once on day 30. Claims must be made within the following 14 days.
Exclusions: Setup fees, usage overages, third-party charges, spam, test calls, and duplicate bookings are excluded. A later cancellation or no-show does not erase a genuine completed booking.
Sole remedy: Waiver of the second month's CAD $500 service fee. This is a fee waiver, not a refund.

Pricing depends on approved scope, controls, integrations, testing, support, and operational complexity. Media spend and third-party charges are separate.

After discovery, we may send a written proposal or order. Stripe is used only later, after an accepted proposal or order and a separate payment request.

Does reserving require payment?

No. Reserving is a non-binding discovery request. No payment is taken and no credit card is required.

When would Stripe be used?

Stripe may be offered later, only after you accept a written proposal or order and receive a payment request.

What is separate from the listed price?

Applicable taxes, usage above the included minute pool, media spend, and third-party charges are separate. Custom work is priced from its approved scope.
