Locksmiths · Regina, Saskatchewan

Every Regina call answered. Every job captured.

Regina locksmith work splits between fleet and commercial accounts — dealership and farm-fleet key work that arrives as detailed daytime calls — and residential emergencies in the evening, from Cathedral character homes to brand-new Harbour Landing builds where a smart lock just failed. Two call types, two paces; one phone line that has to catch both without dropping either.

Don't read about it — call it.

Our browser demo runs the same engine on a home-services line; a locksmith-tuned demo is configured for you during discovery. The public demo line below shows the live intake style right now. The same product, configured for your locksmith company, is what answers your line. Open the live browser demo.

A narrow, honest front-desk role for locksmiths.

  • Lockout intake: location, vehicle or door type, ID-on-arrival expectations set
  • Rekey and lock-change requests captured with property details
  • Automotive key and fob questions answered from your approved list
  • After-hours emergency calls routed to your mobile tech
  • Every job request texted with callback number and location
  • No bypass instructions ever — security boundaries are hard-coded

From Cathedral, Harbour Landing, Lakeview to Rosemont and Greens on Gardiner — the receptionist states your service area exactly as your playbook defines it, so out-of-area callers get a polite, honest answer instead of a wasted trip.

Regina locksmiths FAQ

Fleet managers hate repeating themselves — does the intake respect that?

The receptionist captures unit counts, key types and the account name once, in one call, and the whole thing lands as a single structured text your office can quote from. Repeat callers can reference the account by name.

Smart-lock failures are half our new-build calls — can it triage them?

It captures brand if visible, symptom, and whether the caller is locked out entirely — routed as urgent if they are — and never walks anyone through a bypass.
