Plumbers · Winnipeg, Manitoba
Every Winnipeg call answered. Every job captured.
A Winnipeg winter does not schedule its burst pipes. When it is −35 and a main lets go in a River Heights basement at 2 AM, the homeowner calls down the list until a human — or something that answers like one — picks up. Winnipeg's housing stock skews old: galvanized lines in Wolseley, mid-century copper in St. Vital, spring-melt sewer backups in low-lying Elmwood. Every one of those calls is a job that goes to whoever answers first.
Don't read about it — call it.
The Home Services tab of our browser demo answers a fictional Winnipeg plumbing & heating line — Tamsin's voice, this exact product. Open it and try to book an emergency visit. The same product, configured for your plumbing company, is what answers your line. Open the live browser demo.
A narrow, honest front-desk role for plumbers.
- Emergency intake: what is leaking, where, how bad — with safe shut-off guidance only
- Estimate-visit requests captured with address and callback number
- Approved hours, service-area and drain/waterline service questions
- After-hours calls answered instead of hitting voicemail
- Lead texted to your team the moment the call ends
- No diagnosis and no invented pricing — exceptions go to a human
From River Heights, Wolseley, St. Vital to Transcona and Elmwood — the receptionist states your service area exactly as your playbook defines it, so out-of-area callers get a polite, honest answer instead of a wasted trip.
Winnipeg plumbers FAQ
Can it hand a 2 AM frozen-pipe call to my on-call plumber?
Yes — urgent-call routing to your on-call number is part of the standard playbook. The receptionist captures the address, what is leaking and how bad, gives only safe shut-off guidance, and passes the caller through or texts your on-call tech, whichever your playbook says.
We are a two-truck shop in Transcona — is this overkill?
Two-truck shops are exactly who misses the most calls, because both trucks are under a sink at 2 PM. The receptionist answers what you cannot, and everything it books lands as a text with the caller's number, address and need.
