HVAC Companies · Edmonton, Alberta
Every Edmonton call answered. Every job captured.
Edmonton runs one of the longest heating seasons in urban Canada — furnaces here work eight months a year and fail on the coldest mornings, when a Castle Downs homeowner discovers the blower died overnight. Those 6 AM calls decide the day's schedule. A receptionist that answers before your office opens, sorts no-heat emergencies from tune-up requests, and texts you the queue means the vans leave loaded and in the right order.
Don't read about it — call it.
The Home Services tab of our browser demo answers a fictional plumbing & heating line — the heating half is exactly this product. Open it and press it on a no-heat scenario. The same product, configured for your HVAC company, is what answers your line. Open the live browser demo.
A narrow, honest front-desk role for hvac companies.
- No-heat and no-cool intake with urgency triage
- Furnace age, brand and symptom capture before the truck rolls
- Maintenance-plan and seasonal-tune-up requests booked
- After-hours winter emergencies routed to your on-call tech
- Every lead texted with callback number and address
- No repair advice, no invented pricing — boundaries are enforced
From Castle Downs, Mill Woods, Windermere to Summerside and Jasper Place — the receptionist states your service area exactly as your playbook defines it, so out-of-area callers get a polite, honest answer instead of a wasted trip.
Edmonton hvac companies FAQ
Our office opens at 8 but no-heat calls start at 6 — is that covered?
Covered is the point: the line answers around the clock. Early emergencies are routed per your on-call rules; everything else is waiting as a tidy text queue when your CSR sits down at 8.
Can it book fall furnace inspections in bulk weeks?
Yes — inspection requests are captured with address and preferred windows, so your scheduler batches them by neighbourhood, Mill Woods one day, Windermere the next.
